Yoga for your Mind, Body and Soul

Imagine the Ultimate Yoga Indulgence for your mind, body and soul held in our beautiful Mandala Room every Friday.  The Mandala Room has organic carpet, is air conditioned in summer and has underfloor heating in winter – sheer bliss!

These yoga sessions are suitable for people of all levels.

Think warming the body from the inside out, nourishing and nurturing yourself – a gifting each Friday from You to YOU. This is an opportunity to recharge and restore, perhaps after a busy week and help you wind down for the weekend.

This practice will assist you to reduce stress and anxiety, to connect more fully with your breath, to be more loving and accepting of your physical body honouring its sensations and messages and to move beyond the crazy machinations of the ‘monkey mind’.

Our Facilitators this year

Sally Riddell is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya. In this tradition yoga is a holistic, practical and experiential practice that respects the needs and abilities of each student. Each student is encouraged on a personal journey towards physical and mental health and spiritual growth Yoga for all stages of life.

Harishakti is a lover of life and all things Yogic from the physical practices to the psychology and philosophy. Having been drawn to a regular practice in 1998 Harishakti went on to study a teacher training course with FINY in 2001 and began her teaching journey at this time in Mundaring. Her studies have been ongoing both here in Perth and in NSW where she recently completed a diploma in Yoga studies.

Mandi J Nelson is a dedicated practitioner of Yoga and Meditation. She is passionate about spiritual growth, energetic expansion, alternative healing, and holistic techniques to overcome trauma.

She has been teaching yoga and meditation to children, teenagers, adults, disabled clients and the elderly for over six years and is particularly called to work with those who are on the threshold of transition as well as with the indigenous Aboriginal custodians of our land.

All yoga mats, bolsters and blankets and endless cups of warming organic teas and coffee


Please wear loose layered clothing suitable for partaking in yoga practices and wear easy to remove shoes for entrance into our sacred spaces.  We also suggest bringing your water bottle to rehydrate.
